Tell us about the pool.

An engineer confirms your sizes within one working day, and the written quotation follows in two to three. If the pool is an unusual shape, or the mechanism has to be hidden, we survey first, and the reply says so rather than leaving you waiting.

Not to quote. Length and width to the nearest tenth of a metre is enough for a price and a mechanism. Exact measurements are taken on site before anything is built, and they are our responsibility rather than yours.

Usually. Most retrofits take a cover that sits on the deck or in a bench above the waterline. A submerged mechanism needs a recess, which means building work. Say the pool is existing in step one and the quotation prices the retrofit route.

PoolLock safety covers have a total load capacity of 1,500 kg (allowed distributed load of 200 kg/m²), designed to form a locked barrier supporting adults, children or pets in emergencies. (Note: Automatic slatted covers are non-walkable, designed for thermal efficiency and keeping the pool clean).
